Children enrolled at Bread and Roses can participate in either a half day or full day program, or a combination of the two.  We presently require a minimum weekly attendance of 3 half days or 2 full days.  

If you choose to send your child for a full day of programming, you can set up a schedule that meets your needs between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm with 5 or more hours of care included.  If you choose a half day program, the morning block includes the hours between 7:30 am and the children must be picked up before 12:30pm.  Morning tuition includes lunch and one snack.

Children must be between the ages of 3 – 5 years old and potty trained.

Upon admission, Bread and Roses will provide an enrollment packet to be completed by the parent/caregiver.  The following completed forms and fees will be required to be returned to Bread and Roses:

• Child Information Record

• Enrollment and Tuition Policy

• Health Appraisal Form

• Immunization Records - Child’s immunizations must be up to date or a waiver signed by a doctor must be submitted

• Written Information Packet Documentation

• Food Program Enrollment Form

• Annual Enrollment Fee

• Tuition Deposit equal to 2 weeks tuition or if DHHS participant enrollment fee is collected
